Death of Adriano Garsia
10 Oct 2024We sadly announce that Adriano Garsia died October 6, 2024 at the age of 96.
Adriano Garsia was an invited speaker at FPSAC 1992 in Montréal and FPSAC 2005 was held in Taormina, Sicily with a special session in honor of his 75th birthday. Adriano made many valuable contributions to algebraic combinatorics and his 36 students and many descendants will continue to influence the field.
